Pest Control Technician

This is a full‑time Pest Control Technician position located around Greensboro, NC. This position will report to our office in Greensboro, NC once per week. The individual we are looking for enjoys working in a team environment and excels at individual work. $17 – $21 per hour. Uncapped bonuses. Annual incentive trip (Circle of Excellence). Responsibilities Run a daily route resolving customer pest concerns and issues. Maintain truck and equipment in proper working order. Keep accurate records of treatments provided. Mix, apply, and work with pesticides following state and federal laws. Serve as a subject matter expert for customers by implementing the most efficient pest solution for each customer’s individual needs. Maintain and service all route customers according to company standards and procedures. Advise customers of potential problems. Keep management informed of any problems encountered on service routes. Maintain proper inventory of pesticides in usage. Carry a product backpack that weighs approximately 50 lbs. Work schedule includes every other Saturday. Will be assigned a route in your local area. Report to office in Greensboro once per week. Qualifications No prior experience required – we will train you. Valid U.S. driver’s license for a minimum of 3 years. Clean driving record (no more than one moving violation in the past year, no more than two moving violations in the past 4 years). Pass a drug test and background check.
