Hair Care & Beauty Sales Specialist

Job Description

Hair Depot is looking for an experienced Hair Care and Beauty Sales Specialist who knows hair extensions inside and out. If you've worked in a beauty supply store, salon, or hair retail and love helping customers find the right products, we want to meet you.

What You'll Do

Help customers choose hair extensions, wigs, weaves, and hair care products based on their texture, style goals, and budget
Answer questions about extension types (clip-in, tape-in, sew-in, bundles, closures, frontals) and how to care for them
Drive sales by recommending products, upselling accessories, and building repeat customers
Keep displays stocked, organized, and looking great
Process sales at the register and handle returns/exchanges
Stay up to date on hair trends and new products

What We're Looking For

1+ years of experience selling or working with hair extensions, wigs, or beauty products (required)
Strong knowledge of hair textures, lengths, colors, and extension methods
Retail sales or customer service experience
Friendly, confident, and comfortable talking to customers all day
Reliable and available [weekends/evenings] as needed
Cosmetology license or salon background is a plus, not required
