Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients' physical and cognitive abilities to develop personalized occupational therapy plans
Conduct therapy sessions to improve functional abilities, such as daily living skills, cognitive function, and mobility
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory standards
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve patient outcomes
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance clinical practices

Requirements:
Minimum 0 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist
Current licensure in the state of Kentucky
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
