Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) Architect to design and implement scalable Salesforce Field Service solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, field service operations, scheduling and optimization, and system integrations.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL).
• Expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce platform architecture.
• Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, and integrations.
• Knowledge of scheduling, dispatching, work orders, and service appointments.
• Experience with data migration, security, and deployment.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
