Remote Emergency Response Specialist

REI

REI is looking for a dedicated individual for their Co-op Emergency Coordination Center (CECC) team in Seattle. This role requires responding to emergencies and providing critical support during high-stress situations. A strong background in customer support and familiarity with emergency management tools like Everbridge and ServiceNow are essential. The ideal candidate will have exceptional verbal skills, organizational abilities, and a commitment to providing a safe environment.
