As a Clinical Care Technician (CCT), you will be a vital part of our collaborative nursing team, supporting Registered Nurses in providing hands‑on care and helping create a safe, welcoming environment for patients. You'll assist with daily needs such as vital signs, mobility, and personal care, while helping RNs monitor conditions and carry out care plans. A Day in the Life of a Clinical Care Tech (Video Link Below) As a Clinical Care Technician (CCT), a typical day may include: Assisting patients with activities of daily living and providing nursing care to patients including taking vital signs, EKGS, performing phlebotomy, assisting with bedside care, i.e. bathing, mouth care, skin care. Monitor vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature to track patient health status Document patient information accurately in electronic health records (EHR) systems while maintaining strict confidentiality Implement infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff, adhering to facility policies Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to coordinate care plans and address concerns Support emergency response efforts by applying Basic Life Support (BLS) skills such as CPR when needed in acute situations Providing patient care, based on physical, education, safety, and related criteria, appropriate to the age of the patients Providing for effective and safe patient outcomes through practice, judgment and critical actions Ongoing communication with patients and nursing colleagues regarding status of patient's care Participating in collaboration of our patient's plan of care from admission to discharge to ensure safe transitioning This role might be for you if: Thriving in a fast‑paced environment energizes you, especially in providing hands on care to our most vulnerable in an impactful way Collaboration with nurses, doctors and therapists is important to your success as a team player Job satisfaction is derived from comforting those at the bedside Protection of patient safety is essential in your day‑to‑day work as is delivering exceptional care through compassion and professionalism Continuous learning and growth matter to you To be considered for this CCT opportunity, you must have a High School Diploma / GED and a current American Heart Association BLS certification.
