Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale construction projects while ensuring cost, schedule, quality, and documentation objectives are achieved. This role serves as the primary point of coordination between internal teams, clients, consultants, contractors, and utility providers to ensure successful project outcomes. The Senior Project Manager oversees all phases of project delivery, with a strong focus on data center and critical infrastructure construction, while maintaining financial performance, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate project meetings with design, construction, and commissioning teams
• Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and financial reporting
• Conduct feasibility studies and support project planning activities
• Oversee on-site management of data center construction projects
• Coordinate with power, utility, and fiber providers to support project requirements
• Prepare and deliver executive-level project reports and updates
• Interface directly with customers to ensure critical infrastructure integrity and project success
• Coordinate project execution with internal operations teams and key stakeholders
• Manage project documentation, controls, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
• Support business development initiatives and client relationship growth
• Monitor project performance and proactively identify risks, issues, and mitigation strategies

General Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison among customers, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
• Maintain consistent communication regarding project status, schedules, risks, and milestones
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to quality requirements
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives
• Support project planning, procurement, and commissioning activities
• Manage multiple priorities and project deliverables in fast-paced environments
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve project challenges and maintain progress
• Maintain accurate project records, reporting, and documentation
• Promote continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout project execution
• Travel as required to support project and customer needs

Required Skills:

• Strong project management and construction coordination experience
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and financial performance
• Experience coordinating design, construction, and commissioning teams
• Strong understanding of critical infrastructure and project delivery processes
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage tight deadlines
• Strong customer relationship management skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF software, and CAD/Visio

Experience & Education:

• Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent industry experience may be considered
• 4+ years of project management experience required
• Construction industry experience required
• Data center and/or Mission Critical project experience 
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, cash flow, and forecasting
• Experience leading cross-functional project teams and coordinating external stakeholders
• Demonstrated success delivering projects on schedule and within budget
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF software, and CAD/Visio
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership, customers, and project teams
• Willingness to travel frequently as project requirements dictate
• Self-motivated professional capable of performing in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
