Job Description
This is a part time job M-F, daytime. Wages offered will be contingent upon experience and education. In terms of shift/work hours, there can be some flexibility. Need daytime and potentially an evening/weekend time as needed.
Full life cycle of cases/all case management. Meet with clients, developing and overseeing course of action. Represent the organization to the public. Answer phones, handling influx of calls, supporting caller's needs and circumstances. Analyze client information to determine eligibility. Make recommendations. Provide social service referrals. Log all client data/information and support file maintenance. Maintain strictest confidentiality and PPI information. Manage all correspondence. Seeking someone with strong heart for this mission.
Computer and software knowledge: Google Docs, Excel, Microsoft software and programs. Also, preferred knowledge of: Power Point, CRMs, and Adobe, social media, and WIX website.
