Chief Executer Officer - healthcare

We are seeking a dynamic   Chief Executive Officer (CEO)  to lead our behavioral health hospital, driving excellence in patient care, regulatory compliance, and operational performance. The CEO will oversee all hospital functions, ensuring compassionate, high-quality care, sustainable growth, and strong community relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct daily hospital operations, quality initiatives, and compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
  
• Lead strategic and financial planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring.
  
• Oversee payer contracts, revenue optimization, and new business development.
  
• Expand and enhance the continuum of care, including outpatient and community behavioral health programs.
  
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional development among staff and physicians.
  
• Represent the hospital within the community and professional associations, strengthening partnerships and visibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field);   MBA/MHA preferred.
  
• 3–5 years of executive experience in behavioral health, acute care, or managed care, or completion of a CEO training program.
  
• Strong expertise in regulatory compliance, financial management, and organizational leadership.
  
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  
• Proven ability to manage priorities, uphold confidentiality, and maintain high professional integrity.
