A top-tier litigation firm is seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal to join the team. Who You Are A paralegal with at least 5 years of experience supporting complex litigation matters – securities and class-action experience, preferred. Confident navigating federal court systems and familiar with e-filing procedures. Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a sharp eye for grammar, formatting, and legal accuracy. Skilled in legal research tools like Westlaw, LexisNexis, PACER, BloombergLaw, and AlphaSense. A strong communicator who collaborates well with attorneys, staff, and external partners. What You’ll Do Take ownership of assigned cases, ensuring all documents, deadlines, and communications are managed efficiently. Coordinate logistics for depositions, hearings, and client meetings, including scheduling and preparing exhibits. Maintain organized case files and reference materials for quick access and team collaboration. Track and record billable time using firm systems such as iTimeKeep. Conduct legal and factual research using a variety of platforms and databases. Review, cite-check, and fact-check legal filings and correspondence with precision. Prepare and file legal documents in federal courts, ensuring compliance with all procedural requirements. What Success Looks Like You consistently deliver accurate, polished work that supports successful case outcomes. Attorneys and team members rely on your proactive communication and follow-through. You stay ahead of deadlines and anticipate needs before they arise. Your research and document preparation contribute meaningfully to litigation strategy. Salary Range: $110,000 – 135,000 annually, based on experience.
