Admin Services - Goochland, Virginia
Goochland Powhatan Community Services is seeing a Full-Time Administrative Services Specialist to join our team.
- Benefits of this position include paid leave, enrollment in Virginia Retirement System, and health/dental/vision insurance, with a free option for the employee.
- This position serves both the Goochland and Powhatan Clinics. The schedule is primarily Monday through Thursday, 8:30-5:00 and Friday 8:00-4:30. One shift from 10:30a-7:00p is required every other week.
Primary responsibilities
Providing clerical services to the clinics, maintaining appointment schedules in the agency electronic health record, processing payments, orienting clients, and serving as the first face of the agency.
Requirements
This position will require proficient computer skills, including EHR and Office365; excellent verbal and written communication skills; an ability to multi-task while handling interruptions; ability to coordinate with GPCS agency staff and clients; and the ability to relate well with all internal and external customers.
A high school diploma and 1 to 2 years of front office work or customer service are required.
