Bilingual Customer Service Specialist

To support client retention efforts, the full-time Bilingual Customer Service Loyalty Specialist will manage incoming calls from clients considering cancellation, educate them on program benefits, and maintain accurate account records while working remotely. Key responsibilities Proactively support clients by anticipating needs and actively listening to concerns Clearly communicate the value of services and provide tailored information to clients Document all customer interactions accurately using a CRM system Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in Customer Service and Sales Bilingual in Spanish Thorough knowledge of call center policies and procedures Proficiency with computer programs such as Google Suite High School Diploma or equivalent
