In-Home A/C Sales Rep
Frank's Air Conditioning
Sales Professional For HVAC, Plumbing, And Electrical
Frank's AC seeks an enthusiastic and results-driven sales professional with HVAC experience to conduct home consultations and close residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical sales.
Key Responsibilities
Perform in-home assessments of A/C, plumbing, and electrical systems
Generate leads through referrals and networking; present products compellingly
Maintain current product knowledge on energy-efficient systems and technologies
Build customer relationships and address concerns professionally
Prepare detailed proposals with pricing, financing, and specifications
Manage documentation including permits, inspections, and notices
Secure contracts and coordinate installation logistics
Provide post-sale support and maintenance guidance
Requirements
Proven sales experience in HVAC is a must
Strong air conditioning system knowledge
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Comfort with in-home consultations
Self-motivated, target-driven approach
Strong organizational skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Must pass drug test
Preferred Qualifications
CRM software familiarity
HVAC installation/maintenance technical knowledge
