Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough psychological assessments, identifying clients’ mental health needs and challenges. Create comprehensive and effective treatment plans tailored to individual client goals. Provide individual therapy using a variety of proven modalities to enhance mental health and well-being. Set therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients and regularly monitor their progress. Offer flexible teletherapy options for clients facing accessibility challenges or preference for virtual sessions. Maintain accurate and detailed client documentation to comply with ethical and legal standards. Engage in ongoing professional development and supervision to refine therapeutic skills and stay informed of best practices. Patient Population / Client Focus The ideal candidates will work with a diverse client base facing a range of challenges, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Qualifications A current and valid state license as either LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD. A Master's or Doctoral degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and compassionately. Exceptional interpersonal skills coupled with a non-judgmental attitude towards clients. Strong organizational, time-management, and documentation capabilities. Preferred Experience While not mandatory, previous experience in a similar role within a private practice or mental health setting would be an asset. Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, a background in crisis intervention, or previous work in a detox or recovery center will enhance your suitability for this position. Compensation and Benefits Our competitive compensation package ranges from USD 80,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
