Delivery Driver — Ironside Logistics LLC

Starting pay: $21.50 per hour, plus opportunities for performance bonuses

Join our team delivering packages for a major online retailer. We’re looking for reliable, safety-minded drivers who enjoy working independently and supporting their teammates. No delivery experience is required for standard vans. Military veterans are welcome!

Location: Findlay, Ohio. All routes start and end at our station.

Schedule

Typical full-time schedule: four days per week, approximately 10 hours per shift.
Availability for at least one weekend day each week is required.

What you’ll do

Safely drive, inspect your vehicle, and deliver packages.
Load and unload packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
Work outdoors in varying weather and get in and out of the vehicle throughout the day.
Use a company device for navigation, deliveries, and communication.
Help teammates finish routes when needed.

Requirements

At least 21 years old.
Have held a state driver’s license for at least four years.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Reliable transportation to the station.
Able to communicate effectively in English.
