Materials Handler - $15.00/hour


Express Employment Professionals is looking for a reliable Materials Handler for one of our valued clients in the Richmond area. This role involves maintaining warehouse inventory and assisting with order fulfillment. Team members will be responsible for unloading product deliveries, packaging finished goods, stocking production lines with the proper materials, cleaning the production floor, and loading and unloading trucks.


Ideal candidates will have forklift certification, be available to work overtime, possess basic computer skills for data entry, and be able to accurately read a tape measure.

Materials Handler Highlights

• Work closely with the inventory team to monitor supply levels.
• Load and unload delivery trucks.
• Package finished goods according to work orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized production floor.
• Communicate ongoing activities to the incoming shift during shift changes.

What We Look for in Materials Handlers

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. several times throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift.
