Rockin Rudy 's is a ‘must see’ destination in Missoula. Our retail store specializes in cards, gifts, jewelry, toys, incense, candles, clothing, posters, art, bags, candy, and, of course, music. The part-time Office Administrator will play an integral role in the continued growth and success at Rockin Rudy's. This role will provide administrative, HR, training, and operational support to the General Manager and leadership team. This individual will also serve as a point of contact for all employees for any employee file, benefits or other administrative questions. At Rockin Rudy’s, we prioritize customer service with a positive attitude above all else. The Office Administrator will also train as a Sales Clerk so they can be a part of the experience that makes Rockin Rudy’s such a fun and unique establishment. 

This position will be part time, roughly 20 hours per week, and will have a starting pay $18 - $22 depending on experience with additional benefit eligibility. An ideal schedule would be M-F with some flexibility. 

Our ideal candidate will: 

• Have strong experience and/or education providing administrative support to a leadership team with knowledge of HR, benefits, and the retail industry preferred. 
• Enjoy a collaborative and inclusive environment where productivity and initiative is valued. 
• Be tech savvy and organized with a knowledge of employee management systems, scheduling, Google Suite, and project coordination. 
• Serve as the ‘go to’ person for all questions on employee files, administration, training, and operational support. 
• Have a strong skill set drafting internal communications to keep our employees ‘in the know.’ 
• Have people and collaborative work skills as well as the ability to work independently.
• Adapts to change and troubleshoots with a growth and solution based mindset.
