Overview AC Hotel Ink Block, 223 Albany St, Boston, Massachusetts, United States Job Description The supervisor leads the operation with an enthusiastic team, delivering exceptional service and ensuring safe and efficient operations. The role involves assisting in leading the operation, managing staffing, and handling escalated operational needs as necessary. Schedule: Monday-Friday 5pm-1am Responsibilities Ensure team members and guests are safe at all times. Operate vehicles in a safe manner when needed to minimize the potential for accidents. Oversee the tracking of keys and vehicles throughout the garage. Ensure all team members provide exceptional guest experiences by greeting and assisting guests as they enter the garage. Set the tone for the workplace by maintaining an upbeat attitude. Be enthusiastic about the job, creating a positive environment for the team and customers. Help team members remember to use approved language choices. Communicate with coworkers to inform each other of the shift plan when it ends. Set an example by looking sharp at all times and helping team members adhere to uniform guidelines. Oversee team members to maintain a professional work area. Qualifications Years of Experience: Entry Level Language Skills: Proficient in English both verbally and in writing Prior supervisory experience preferred Friendly and outgoing; able to smile during customer interactions Upbeat personality with a willingness to go the extra mile and a strong work ethic Maintain uniform standards when on job premises Ability to run and move quickly; ability to organize cars efficiently Ability to stand for long periods; ability to safely operate vehicles and pass a driving test Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs Be at least 18 years of age Possess a valid Driver’s License in the state of residence Be able to pass a criminal background check and RMV check Ability to create relationships with customers; be organized Clean driving record deemed insurable by VPNE's current insurance provider #J-18808-Ljbffr VPNE
