Product Design EngineerThis is an entry-level, Product Design Engineer that plays a critical role in supporting the on-time delivery of 3D CAD models and engineering drawings used for virtual tire development, performance analysis, and mold tooling creation. You will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you'll leverage advanced PTC Creo modeling techniques to develop intelligent digital product definitions and help drive innovation across the tire development process.Responsibilities:Develop best in class, fully robust, parametric CAD models that are driven through equations, relations, and logic-based programmingInteract with a cross functional development team to define, analyze, and predict tire tread performance using our in-house developed tools, and FEA softwareBe an active contributor in developing, refining, and optimizing our modeling best practicesLearn new ways of doing things from some of the most highly skilled Creo users in the area in our regular training sessionsWork with a highly motivated, and supportive teamGrow your skill set, develop PTC Creo mastery, and become a mentor to others within Bridgestone.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree; or equivalent work experienceExperience with CREO modeling or equivalent is preferredAt Bridgestone, you are Free to BeWe believe people can only provide superior service and quality to others when they feel safe bringing their chosen version of themselves to work.
