Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking Board Certified and Board Eligible Emergency Medicine Physicians, Family Medicine Physicians, and Internal Medicine Physicians with Emergency Department experience for an ongoing locum tenens opportunity in Centralia, Washington.

This long-term assignment offers a well-supported Emergency Medicine practice within a community hospital serving Southwest Washington. Physicians benefit from manageable patient volume, dedicated APP support, scribe services, Epic EMR, and a collaborative clinical environment positioned conveniently between Seattle and Portland.

Coverage Model
Physician Coverage

• 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Providers must be willing to work day, swing, and night coverage.
Average Coverage Need

• Approximately 10 shifts per month

Clinical Scope

• Evaluation, stabilization, treatment, and disposition of emergency patients
• Management of acute medical and traumatic presentations
• Emergency procedures within physician scope of practice
• Collaboration with APPs, nursing teams, specialists, and hospital leadership
• Documentation and order management within Epic EMR
• Supervision and collaboration with APP providers

• 36,000 Annual Emergency Department Visits
• 127-Bed Community Hospital
• 20 Emergency Department Beds
• Approximately 2 Patients Per Hour
• Level IV Trauma Center

Accepted Board Certifications

• ABEM / AOBEM
• ABFM
• ABIM / AOBIM

Additional Requirements

• Active Washington License or IMLC Eligibility
• ACLS Required
• PALS Required
• Emergency Department experience required
• Board Eligible physicians accepted within five years of training completion
