Shift Lead - Part Time
Enzo's Pizzeria of Grand Blanc
As a Shift Lead at Enzo's Pizzeria of Grand Blanc, you will play a vital role in our fast-paced kitchen environment. You will lead your team to deliver exceptional service and maintain high-quality standards throughout your shift. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop your leadership skills while working in a friendly and supportive atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate your crew to ensure smooth operations during your shift.
- Quality Control: Maintain consistent food quality and presentation from open to close.
- Coaching: Provide guidance and training to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure that all kitchen and service procedures are followed effectively.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Schedule
This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends.
