We are seeking skilled and experienced HUD Recert Specialist for an apartment community in the North East, DC area. Our clients are looking for employees who have a great personality to make follow-up calls with prospects in the CRM queue, collect paperwork, process files. You will need to be familiar with affordable housing and how to qualify applicants.

Qualifications:

• HUD leasing experience,
• Multi-family leasing experience; calling from the queue, scheduling tours, completing guest cards, showing apartments & beyond
• **Fair Housing expertise** - "What you do for one, you must do for all!" - The seven federally protected classes are race, religion, national origin, color, familial status, sex, and disability . These classes or characteristics are protected under the federal Fair Housing Act.
• Outgoing and friendly personality; must be a "people person"
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to understand and follow instructions assigned by supervisor
