Registered Nurse (RN) Night Shift Join our team at Fountain View Nursing & Rehabilitation in Cincinnati, OH! We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift to join our resident-centered long-term care team at Fountain View Nursing & Rehabilitation, located in the Silverton community of Cincinnati. As a Night Shift RN, you will play a vital role in overseeing clinical care overnight, providing direct nursing services, and supporting our LPNs and CNAs to ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, and dignified care. Position Details: Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift Schedule: Full-Time, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Key Responsibilities: Provide and oversee direct nursing care to residents on the night shift, including assessments, care planning, medication administration, treatments, and wound care. Monitor resident conditions overnight, respond promptly to changes in status, and communicate critical information to the interdisciplinary team and oncoming shift. Administer medications, treatments, and procedures according to physician orders and facility policies, ensuring accuracy, safety, and regulatory compliance. Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs on the night shift, delegate tasks appropriately, and promote teamwork and accountability. Ensure proper documentation of care, assessments, and interventions in the electronic medical record. Promote a calm, safe, and respectful environment for residents, families, and staff throughout the night.
