We are seeking an experienced Insurance Producer / Insurance Sales Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a motivated Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance professional with strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for helping clients protect what matters most.

This role focuses on new business development, insurance sales, client relationship management, and account growth . The successful candidate will build relationships with clients, generate new opportunities, provide insurance guidance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through inbound leads, referrals, networking, and outbound prospecting.
• Sell and service Personal Lines and Commercial Lines insurance products .
• Build strong relationships with clients and provide customized insurance solutions.
• Follow up with leads, quotes, and prospects to increase sales opportunities.
• Conduct insurance reviews to identify coverage gaps and additional protection needs.
• Cross-sell and round accounts to provide comprehensive coverage.
• Explain insurance options clearly and professionally to clients.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, applications, and required documentation.
• Maintain accurate client records and sales activity in agency management systems.
• Collaborate with account managers, service teams, and insurance carriers.
• Stay current on carrier guidelines, underwriting requirements, and insurance industry trends.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License required.
• Previous experience as an Insurance Producer, Insurance Agent, Account Executive, or Insurance Sales Representative .
• Experience selling personal and/or commercial insurance products.
• Proven ability to develop relationships and generate new business.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage a sales pipeline and meet goals.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with agency management systems.
• Existing referral network or community relationships.
• Experience with both personal lines and commercial lines insurance.
• Insurance designations such as CISR, CIC, or similar professional development
