As a Finance and Insurance Manager, you will oversee financial processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will work closely with team and clients to facilitate smooth transactions and foster lasting relationships. Responsibilities Oversee all finance and insurance operations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their finance and insurance needs. Collaborate with team members to develop financial strategies that enhance profitability. Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders. Develop and implement training programs for staff to ensure high‑quality service standards. Stay current with industry trends and changes to maintain competitive advantage. Foster a positive, team‑oriented atmosphere that encourages collaboration and innovation. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in finance and insurance management, preferably in a family‑run environment. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Familiarity with applicable laws and regulations in the finance and insurance sectors. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and a current resident. Pre‑employment background checks required, including MVR and drug screening.
