Quality Inspector

Quality Inspector IWe are looking for a Quality Inspector I to inspect medical device components and ensure products meet quality standards. This is a hands-on role requiring attention to detail and comfort working with small parts.Responsibilities:Perform visual and dimensional inspection of small parts/components.Use microscopes, calipers, micrometers, and other inspection tools.Perform basic functional testing and identify defects.Document inspection results and quality issues.Follow work instructions, quality procedures, and cGMP requirements.Support quality checks in an FDA-regulated manufacturing environment.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Requirements:High School Diploma or GED.Experience in manufacturing, assembly, inspection, production, or quality control preferred.Good attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.Comfortable working with small parts and performing repetitive inspection tasks.Basic computer and documentation skills.Preferred: Experience with microscopes, calipers, micrometers, visual inspection, functional testing, medical devices, FDA/cGMP, or injection/plastic molding.Note: Medical device or FDA experience is not required if the candidate has strong transferable manufacturing/inspection experience.
