*JOB SUMMARY:

Under the general direction of the Project Director and the Vice President for Instruction, the Transfer Success Coordinator will lead institutional change in early transfer readiness and pathway alignment through implementation of a comprehensive transfer success framework including the development of the Student Navigator peer support program.
