Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in an in-home or community setting Follow behavior intervention plans created by a BCBA Run skill acquisition programs with consistency and accuracy Collect and record data on client behavior and progress Submit session notes and documentation as required Communicate regularly with BCBAs and clinical supervisors Support clients with daily living skills when needed (e.g., toileting, hygiene) Respond to challenging behaviors using training and protocols provided Travel between session locations as needed Required Skills

High school diploma or GED required RBT certification

preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Valid driver's license, reliable personal transportation, and active auto insurance required Ability to pass required background checks Comfortable working with individuals who have autism or developmental disabilities Ability to lift up to 50lbs and physically respond in tough situations Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply!
