CT Technologist Great Sign on Bonus! Job Summary Our client is seeking an experienced CT Technologist to perform high‑quality diagnostic and therapeutic CT imaging. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent patient communication, and a commitment to safety, accuracy, and efficient workflow. The technologist will perform routine and complex CT exams, administer contrast, and ensure timely image processing within a fast‑paced hospital setting. Key Responsibilities Perform CT procedures according to established protocols, ensuring diagnostic image quality. Safely administer contrast agents, assess allergy risks, and review lab values before exams. Provide clear, age‑appropriate instructions to patients and support comfort throughout procedures. Document patient information, protocol deviations, and safety considerations accurately. Complete postprocessing, image transfer, order closure, charge entry, and PACS quality checks. Recognize and elevate urgent clinical findings or patient safety concerns. Collaborate with imaging and clinical teams to support efficient patient flow. Provide coverage for open shifts based on competency and department needs. Qualifications ARRT or NMTCB certification with ARRTCT and current BLS. Minimum 1 year of CT experience or completion of a 6‑month CT orientation. Proficiency with CT equipment, image processing software, and radiation safety. Strong understanding of technical standards, departmental policies, and scope of practice. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and maintain accuracy in a fast‑paced environment.
