Responsibilities:

• Perform recall repairs on vehicles per manufacturer guidelines.
• Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostics to identify issues.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding recall services performed.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and services completed.
• Stay updated on manufacturer recall bulletins and service procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.

Requirements:

• Required: Valid automotive technician certification.
• Required: Experience in automotive repair and recall processes .
• Required: Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred: Excellent communication and customer service skills.
