The Rockaway YMCA, a branch of the YMCA of Greater New York, seeks a part-time Youth Coach/Trainer to lead youth in a designated sport. You will develop progressive lesson plans, promote safe play, and foster inclusion while building confidence and teamwork among children and teens. You will work with a supervisor to schedule practices and games, ensuring engaging sessions on Saturday evenings and adherence to program objectives.
