A leading medical group in Walnut Creek is seeking an Oncology Nurse Navigator to support cancer patients throughout their treatment journey. This role involves patient education, emotional support, and effective care coordination to enhance the patient experience. The ideal candidate will be a Registered Nurse with a BSN, possess strong advocacy skills, and hold a current California RN license.
