Shift: Nights | 12-Hour (7:00 – 7:15) | 36 Hours Guaranteed

Position Overview: Experienced PCU Registered Nurse (RN) needed for a travel assignment in Saginaw, MI. This role involves providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a progressive care setting while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Provide direct patient care including:
  • Medication administration
  • Treatments and interventions
  • Patient education
• Monitor and evaluate patient responses to treatment plans
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Delegate tasks and supervise support staff
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and facility standards

Additional Details

• Every other weekend & holiday required / No call
• Will float to other PCU/Med-Surg units as needed

Requirements Minimum 2+ years of PCU experience (REQUIRED) Recent travel experience (highly preferred)
