Data Intake Specialist

Description Data Intake Specialist – shift 8am – 5pm. Candidate will ensure the accurate and efficient management of sensitive patient and claim information in enrollment and grievance processes. Data Collection and Input: Gathering and accurately entering patient and plan member information into healthcare enrollment and grievance tracking systems. Document Management: Organizing, maintaining, and reviewing physical and electronic records and forms, ensuring completion, accuracy, and adherence to regulatory requirements. Appeals and Grievances Management: Handling incoming requests. Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all applicable healthcare laws, including HIPAA, ACA, CMS guidelines, and state regulations related to enrollment, appeals, and grievances.
