RN Weekend Supervisor

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff, including LPNs, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals, during weekend shifts to ensure seamless delivery of patient care

• Ensure adherence to established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, promoting a culture of safety, quality, and compliance

• Participate in collaborative efforts to identify and address patient care concerns, improving outcomes and patient satisfaction

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, tailoring interventions to meet unique patient needs

• Provide guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities to nursing staff, fostering a culture of growth and excellence

• Maintain accurate and timely records, reporting to management as needed, to ensure effective communication and data-driven decision-making

Requirements:

• Current RN license in the State of Texas

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting

• Strong clinical knowledge and excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
