Savard is hiring an experienced CNC Machinist in Broussard, LA!

We are looking for a skilled CNC Machinist with experience setting up and operating vertical mills

Key Requirements:

CNC vertical mill/VMC setup and operating experience
Ability to set up, program, and run CNC machinery
Knowledge of G-code, tooling, offsets, and machine adjustments
Ability to read blueprints and use micrometers/calipers
Experience machining carbon steel; oilfield/valve machining a plus
SMART Machine Tool SV-5 or similar CNC vertical mill experience preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Shifts:

Monday - Friday
7:00am - 4:00pm
1 hr unpaid lunch

Duration:
