Soccer Shots LafayetteHead Coach (Annual Salary Position)

Compensation: $18,000–$21,000 annually (Paid over 26 equal pay periods)

At Soccer Shots, we believe dependable coaches deserve dependable pay.

Our Head Coaches receive a predictable annual salary , paid every two weeks, regardless of how many sessions are scheduled that particular week.

During our busiest seasons, you'll coach approximately 20–25 sessions per week while working around 30 hours per week .

During our year-round subscription programming, you'll typically coach 10–12 sessions per week , resulting in approximately 12–15 hours of work each week , while continuing to receive the same bi-weekly paycheck.

About Soccer ShotsSoccer Shots is the nation's premier children's soccer enrichment program for children ages 2–8.

We partner with preschools, childcare centers, private schools, churches, parks, and recreation departments throughout Acadiana to provide engaging, age-appropriate soccer experiences that build confidence, character, and a love for physical activity.

The PositionAs a Soccer Shots Head Coach, you'll lead high-energy, fun, 30–40 minute sessions while creating an environment where every child feels successful.

This is much more than teaching soccer.

You'll become a positive role model, build relationships with schools and families, and help children develop confidence, teamwork, respect, and character through sport.

Seasonal ScheduleSpring & Fall Seasons (Approximately 28 Weeks Total)

• Coach approximately 20–25 sessions each week Monday to Friday from 8:30AM-12:00AM & 2:30-4:30PM

• Approximately 25-30 working hours per week

• Dependability and consistent availability are essential during these seasons as schools and families rely on us every week.

Year-Round Subscription Programming

• Coach approximately 10–12 sessions per week

• Approximately 12–15 working hours per week

• Continue receiving the same salary and predictable bi-weekly paycheck.

This unique structure provides the stability of an annual salary while allowing for greater flexibility during slower parts of the year.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young children is preferred but not required.

• Soccer experience is helpful but not required—we'll teach you our curriculum.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Ability to pass a background check.

• Ability to work independently throughout the Lafayette area.
