Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated RN specializing in Neonatal Intensive Care to join a fast-paced Level IV NICU environment. This travel assignment offers an opportunity to work with infants from 23 weeks gestation onwards, engaging in a variety of critical and post-surgical care contexts. Experience in a teaching and academic medical center is advantageous in this rewarding role.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Neonatal ICU

• Provide specialized care for neonates from 23 weeks gestation
• Manage basic ventilation, tracheostomy, and central lines
• Perform blood transfusions and infant venous sticks
• Coordinate pre and post-surgical management
• Facilitate gavage feeding and manage G-tubes
• Support breastfeeding and bottle feeding
• Collaborate with a skilled team including charge RNs and NAs

Requirements of the RN - Neonatal ICU

• Active BLS and NRP certifications
• Minimum of 2 years NICU experience
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR system
• Capability to work within a multi-disciplinary team
