Position: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Pay Range: $30.00-$45.00/hr
Status: Part-Time
Coverage Area: Coachella Valley

What You'll Do

The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN ) provides high-quality home health nursing care under the supervision of the Registered Nurse (RN). The LVN is responsible for delivering treatments and services in alignment with the patient's individualized plan of care to promote safety, comfort, and optimal health outcomes.

• Implement the plan of care as developed and directed by the Registered Nurse
  
• Provide accurate, thorough, and timely clinical documentation consistent with the patient's plan of care and agency standards
  
• Collect assessment data and perform observations, promptly reporting changes in patient condition to the supervising RN and/or physician
  
• Participate in the coordination of home health services by collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure seamless, patient-centered care
  
• Use medical equipment, supplies, and resources safely, effectively, and efficiently
  
• Engage in ongoing professional development, maintaining clinical competency and participating in training or in-service education as required
  

Requirements

• Valid CA Licensed Vocational Nurse License
  
• Maintain a current CPR certification
  
• 2+ years of experience working in direct patient care
  
• Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state or organization requirements and is in good working order
