Our staff help shape communities through a commitment to quality and relationships. As a Carpenter with Findorff, you'll use wood and other materials to build, repair, and install structures. Key Responsibilities Construct or repair building structures using a variety of tools and machinery Measure, cut or shape wood, plastic, drywall and other materials Follow building plans Install exterior finishes Build and set forms for footings, walls, slabs, columns, and decks Frame interior walls, cabinets and stairs Skills & Qualifications Have a high level of physical fitness and stamina Solid math skills Can work under strict deadlines Understand building plans and instructions Have good hand-eye coordination Are comfortable working from heights Can work as a team with other trades Can communicate well Are willing to work in extreme weather conditions Diversity and Equal Opportunity Diversity matters.
