What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist customers with professionalism and energy
- Help customers select the right vehicle based on their needs
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and options
- Conduct test drives and guide customers through the buying process
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships
- Hit and exceed monthly sales goals
- Continuously improve your process, performance, and results
What We’re Looking For
- Sales experience preferred (automotive or otherwise)
- Competitive mindset with a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Self-motivated and goal-driven
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
