Physician - Internal Medicine

Deaconess Illinois Clinic is offering a competitive 18 month guaranteed salary of $300,000 for a full-time Internal Medicine Physician to join our team in Mt. Vernon, IL. In addition to the guaranteed salary, we offer a $50,000 sign-on bonus with a 5-year contract. • Guaranteed 18-month base salary of $300,000
• Competitive, productivity-based compensation model (many providers exceed into the 90th percentile)
• $2,000 Residency Stipend
• Up to $90,000 loan repayment
• Generous sign-on bonus of $50,000 for 5-year or $36,000 for 3-year contract.
• $15,000 relocation allowance
• Quality bonus up to 2.5%
