Our Ideal Candidate: Active Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse License, and/or unencumbered Medical Assistant Certification or Registration through an accredited agency (CCMA, RMA, CMA, etc.). Supervisory experience preferred. At least 3 years of clinical experience in primary care as an RN or LPN or at least 5 years of experience as a Medical Assistant. Bilingual in English/Spanish required. Ability to successfully pass a background check in relation to the position applied for. Day To Day Assist as needed with supply management Manage staffing assignments and schedules to maximize patient flow Plan and provide regular staff training and monitoring activities Assist with patient care, including treatment, referrals, and follow-up Assist other medical services staff with patient flow as needed and/or directed. Maintain proper sanitation standards, according to YNHS procedure, both with cleaning and sterilization procedures of patient facilities and instruments. Administer procedures as directed by supervisors and in accordance with Washington State Health Care Assistant regulations. Maintain organized, clean, efficient, and confidential work area. Represent YNHS in local meetings as requested. Perform related work and other tasks as requested. #J-18808-Ljbffr
