Sign-on Bonus: $5,000.00. Flex schedule 40 hours per week available. Job Description Due to expansion, PhysioWorks seeks a passionate Physical Therapist for our outpatient clinic in Kent. Full-time availability is preferred, but part-time candidates (minimum 16 hours per week) are considered. You will work with a diverse patient base, focusing on general orthopedics and work rehabilitation. Expect a caseload of 10–12 patients daily, with each session lasting one hour. Our team includes PTs, PTAs, OTs, and COTAs, fostering a collaborative environment. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Perform functional capacity evaluations and ergonomic assessments. Assist in injury prevention and work‑related rehabilitation. Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist in Washington State. Strong interest in work rehabilitation and helping injured workers. Team player with effective collaboration skills. Willingness to learn and perform functional capacity evaluations. New graduates encouraged to apply. Legal eligibility to work in the United States. Work Schedule Clinic hours: 7 am – 7 pm, Monday through Friday. No weekends or holidays required. Scheduling options include 4 × 10 hour days or 4 × 8 hour days.
