CT TechnologistTryfacta is seeking a CT Technologist for our client in Obispo, CA 93405. This is a 13-weeks contract assignment. Position Title: CT Technologist Location: Obispo, CA 93405 Duration: 13 weeks (Possible extension) Work Schedule: Day Shift | 3 x 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM) Pay rate: $70.00 - $75.00/hr.Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:Perform CT examinations according to physician orders and established imaging protocols.Produce cross-sectional, sagittal, and coronal reformatted images for radiologist interpretation.Perform general X-ray procedures and assist with fluoroscopy as needed during assigned shifts.Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures while ensuring comfort and safety.Use PACS and teleradiology systems to accurately transfer and archive images.Maintain accurate patient records, imaging documentation, and billing information.Ensure compliance with HIPAA and patient confidentiality regulations.Perform routine equipment maintenance, quality control checks, and supply inventory management.Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide quality patient care.Participate in on-call coverage as assigned.To be considered for this position, you should have:ARRT certification in Radiography and CT [R.T. (R)(CT)(ARRT)]Current California Radiologic Technologist (RT) licenseCurrent Fluoroscopy licenseCurrent BLS certificationMinimum 3 years of CT experienceX-ray experience requiredWillingness to cover general radiography duties during shifts as needed.EPIC experience requiredExperience with Philips CT systems requiredAssociate degree in Radiologic Technology.Advanced CT certification preferred.Venipuncture certification preferred.Tryfacta is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
