Night Auditor

Perform the duties of a Front Desk Agent during the overnight shift. Take care of all in-house and arriving guests. Perform the Night Audit and all required duties. A Night Auditor oversees overnight hotel operations, combining front desk duties with accounting responsibilities to ensure guest satisfaction and accurate financial records. Checking in and out guests, handling reservations, addressing inquiries, and assisting with special requests or VIP arrivals. The primary point of contact for guests overnight, resolving complaints, managing late arrivals, and handling emergencies such as medical situations, fire alarms, or security incidents. Night Auditors typically work alone during low-traffic hours, requiring self-direction and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
