WorkFit Medical

Licensed Practical NurseKey ResponsibilitiesMonitor vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiration) and report changes to supervisors.Administer prescribed medications and injections as directed by physicians or RNs.Assist patients with bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.Change dressings, insert catheters, collect specimens for lab testing, and assist with minor procedures.Maintain accurate patient records and update charts with treatments, symptoms, and progress.Educate patients and families about care plans, medications, and recovery processes.Assist doctors and registered nurses with examinations and treatments.Required QualificationsCompletion of an accredited Practical Nursing program (usually 12–18 months).Passing the NCLEX-PN licensing exam.State licensure as an LPN.Key SkillsCompassion and patient care skillsAttention to detailStrong communicationAbility to work under pressureBasic clinical and technical skills
