Supply Chain Manager Center of Excellence

Supply Chain Manager Center Of Excellence (COE) We are currently working with a consumer goods company that is the world's largest in their niche. They are looking to continue to invest in their Supply Chain and as part of that they are looking to hire a manager to lead their COE in Procurement and really across Supply Chain. This role will help lead global transformation projects in process, tools, and software and work closely with the IT department. Its a high-profile role and a chance to really have an impact on the direction of the department and company. Position Description Responsible for procurement, associated supply chain functions and the related tools/technology for the company. Manage and develop KPIs for the department. Lead Source-to-Pay development and transformation from process to technological implementation. Manage and track projects, across the department and IT, related to process and technology implementation. Lead and develop a team of planners and analysts. Background Required Highly energetic individual with at least 8 years of Procurement and Supply Chain experience. A strong business acumen with the ability to establish trust / relationships quickly. Strong analytical and technical ability. Effective use of ERP, Procurement and Analytical technology (i.e. SAP APO / IBP, Ariba, SQL, DAX, Python, PowerBI, etc.) and MS Excel. Degree preferred but not required. Proven track record of success in similar role. Miscellaneous Compensation commensurate with experience. Full benefit package including medical, dental and 401(k).
