What You'll Do:

• Provide advanced neonatal care in a Level III NICU for high-acuity newborns
• Support care in a busy 10-bed NICU and 20-bed nursery
• Collaborate with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams
• Perform comprehensive neonatal assessments and treatments
• Manage newborns from admission through stabilization and discharge
• Support ongoing quality improvement initiatives in neonatal care
• Work within a supportive, state-of-the-art clinical environment

What You Need:

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Georgia
• Neonatal Pediatric certification preferred
• At least 1 year of neonatal or critical care experience
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
