Industry-leading performance-based bonus program 100% employer-funded ESOP to all associates Traditional and Roth 401k Tuition reimbursement for associates Scholarship for associates' children up to $28,000 per child 1-month paid sabbatical after every five years of employment, plus $5,000 for travel 1-week paid volunteer leave each year 100% charitable match Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage 3 weeks of vacation 100% paid 12-week maternity leave A Day In The Life Responsible for managerial aspects of a project including estimating, proposal preparation, contract negotiations, scheduling, budgeting, design review, and execution Work closely with owners and design team to develop preliminary concept drawings Participate in proposal meeting with owner to review the scope of work and provide value engineering ideas Oversee the buyout process and selection of subcontractors Conduct biweekly jobsite meetings Partner with Superintendent to ensure safety, quality control, and schedule Make sound decisions under tight deadlines Necessary Qualifications 3-5 years of construction experience running projects with a general contractor; design/build preferred Advanced Technology, Food & Beverage, Multifamily, Life Science and/or Data Center project experience Estimating experience required Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field required ARCO is a premier, full-service design-build general contractor with more than 30 years of experience providing clients with complete project delivery nationwide.
